With over 20 years of electrical installation, maintenance, and design experience, Brian founded Unity Power Services to create a culture of team unity and to deliver unparalleled service to our clients. Through servant leadership and dedication to detail, Brian strives to ensure your investments are managed to the highest level of professionalism. 

 

Brian brings his expertise in a number of areas and industries, such as data management and analysis; design/build; commercial interiors and exteriors; plant maintenance and upgrades; UPS sizing, distribution, design, and pricing; solution and sales engineering; concept budgeting; design and engineering; and project management.

 

Brian Ducharme is skilled in translating customer requirements into actionable project plans. Brian takes his knowledge of capacity planning, value engineering, upgrades, and preventive maintenance, and applies them to Unity Power Services to create a firm with expertise in a variety of complex disciplines and a personal approach to serving clients.

 

Clients also benefit from Brian’s experience, as they work with a trusted industry professional who built a team with an employee-first culture. By putting together a hand-picked team of the best in the field – combined with core values and a servant leadership philosophy – Brian and Unity have been able to grow long-lasting relationships with clients and become integral members of the community.

 

Brian is a trusted, professional electrician who delivers electrical infrastructure on-time and on-budget. He takes care of employees so they can in turn take care of customers. 

 

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and playing basketball.

 

When asked why he founded a company with a focus on servant leadership and team unity, Brian has stated, “I’m just a hopeless sinner in need of a savior, who happens to love doing electrical work.”

Rachel Brannigan

Joining in July of 2021, Rachel brings more than a decade of customer service experience to her role at Unity Power Services.

 

Her role includes a wide range of responsibilities, from collaborating with our project manager and CEO to ensure that our daily operations are running smoothly to tracking customer data and website management. 

She is always looking to improve our policies and procedures to continue to grow and serve our clients.

 

Rachel leads all service delivery from scheduling to post-project satisfaction surveys, including scheduling to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget and managing all client inquiries to guarantee fast response times.

Rachel resides in Winchester with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling and photography.

Thomas Williams
Assistant Estimator/Project Manager

 

With over 10 years of electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision experience, Tommy joined Unity Power Services in July of 2019, as a Service Electrician Level II.  Through leadership and dedication to detail, Tommy has installed, repaired and supervised electrical projects with the highest level of professionalism.

 

Clients also benefit from Tommy’s experience, as they work with a trusted industry professional who has been promoted within Unity Power Services to Assistant Project Manager / Estimator. Through personal and company investment – maintaining the core values and a servant leadership philosophy – Tommy and Unity have been able to grow long-lasting relationships with clients and become integral members of the community.
 
Tommy brings expertise in a number of areas and industries, such as being a Compliance Officer & Lead Installer for electrical low voltage systems, Project Manager, and Electrical Maintenance Technician. He has installed a wide variety of electrical systems including fire alarms, data phones and security for low voltage systems in commercial and medical fields.  He holds several certifications including; WV Journeyman Electrician, OSHA 30, Level 1 Thermographer and Forklift/Scissor Lift Certified & MSHA Part 46.

Tommy resides in Winchester with his wife and 2 sons.  In his free time he enjoys golf, metal detecting and war history.

The Unity Power Services Team

 

In addition to Brian, Rachel, and Thomas, the entire Unity Power Services Team works together to deliver top-quality service and results to our clients. They bring over 35 combined years of experience. They are fully-certified with OSHA, MSHA, and are accredited in First-Aid. Our team has Master Electricians in VA and DC,  Generac dealer training, as well as APC/Schneider Data Center certification.

 

To date, the Unity Power Services team as spent over 4,800 hours on-site, serving the needs of our clients ranging from residential to commercial, industrial, and mission-critical. Our team’s service isn’t just limited to work. They have spent over 200 hours in that past year alone, working to support and improve our community with the belief that “good works” go beyond the job site.

Continual training for technical operations and job site safety are paired with mentorship and career growth opportunities for personal development. We are always hiring great people to join our mission.
